Shipping in the Netherlands
We aim to dispatch orders placed and paid for before 2 p.m. the same day.
Postage costs
In the Netherlands you pay no shipping costs at Liebo above an order amount from € 49,00, below that you pay € 4,50 in the Netherlands.
These are the costs for both a package and letterbox post. Liebo is free to choose which packaging fits the order.
Shipping costs for Belgium and Germany are € 7.95, orders from € 150.00 are shipped for free

Liebo opts for shipping via PostNL
PostNL delivers from Tuesday to Saturday.
If you are not at home, PostNL will also deliver the package to the neighbors, if they are at home. You will then receive your order quickly and easily.
You can always follow your order via a track and trace code and you have an indication of when and around what time your order will be delivered.
Via the parcel convenience service, the order is also delivered to a different location, so that you can easily pick up your parcel when it suits you. When ordering, enter the desired pick-up location in the "comments" box.
If you have ordered before 3 p.m., you will receive the order the next day
Liebo strives to process and ship orders as soon as possible. However, it can sometimes happen that the shipment is delayed for whatever reason. If we are aware of this, we will inform you as soon as possible.
Liebo is not liable for delays/incorrect shipments or missing packages.

Before you return
Are your slippers too tight? Please read the following first before returning.
Are your heels snug against the back? If not, you could try that.
If you are going to order a larger size in this case, you will slip out of this larger size at your heel.
If you have a sheepskin slipper, these will become even more spacious by walking in
Tip: If you are still in doubt and want to try another pair, wait a while before sending it back. Order the second pair first and if that is also not to your liking, you can return both pairs at once, saving you extra return costs. If in doubt, please contact us, preferably by e-mail, because when we are busy in our warehouse we cannot be reached by phone.
Returns / Right of withdrawal / right of withdrawal
If for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied with the order, we are very sorry and will handle this properly for you. The item can then be returned to us and you will receive the purchase amount as soon as possible, but within 14 days of receipt of the items. We use free shipping within the Netherlands from € 34.95, but that is why the return costs are always for your own account. (legal as of 13-6-2014).
We can create a return label for you. You will then receive an email with a link to the return label. You pay an amount of € 7,25 for this. If there is a guarantee, we will reimburse the shipping costs up to a maximum of € 7,25. If the original order was delivered in a letterbox box, we can create a letterbox return label for you. The costs of this are € 4.50 only in the Netherlands.
Return label costs outside the Netherlands
Different amounts apply for a return label outside the Netherlands. You can often create a shipping label cheaper from your own country.
Exchange
If you want to exchange the item, we will pay part of the return costs. You will then receive a return label from us. The costs for a return label via us are € 6.95, for a letterbox return label you pay € 4.50 You pay this via Ideal to MyParcel, after which you can drop off your package at PostNL. You do not pay to PostNL. This advantageous rate only applies when exchanging an item, so not when you return it and do not want another item in return. Liebo bears the costs of sending the exchanged item.
If you return your package via a channel other than PostNL, we will not reimburse these shipping costs for the exchange. These exchange conditions take effect on November 9, 2018 and initially only apply to the Netherlands. Liebo has the right to unilaterally adjust these terms and conditions at all times.
Of course we will bear the return costs if we made a mistake or if there is a guarantee.
Return and exchange conditions
You can register your return by e-mail within 14 days of receipt of the item. The reporting date within these first 14 days is leading. After these 14 days, Liebo has the right to refuse the return.
After the reporting date, you have another 14 days to return the items.
The item must be returned in its original condition. You handle the product and packaging with care. The barcode must still be visible on the box. The product will only be carefully unpacked or fitted to the extent necessary to evaluate the product.
If you want to exchange, return the items and order the slippers you want to order again via the normal ordering procedure. We advise you to order again quickly, especially if the stock is no longer that large.
If the items smell of smoke, this is a reason to refuse the return and the order will be returned.
Return costs are always for the account of the consumer, we will take care of the re-sending when exchanging an item.
If you order multiple items with an amount above € 49,00, we will ship it for free. However, if a part is returned, so that the total purchase amount falls below € 49,00, Liebo will deduct € 4,50 in shipping costs from the amount to be refunded.
If damage has occurred to the product, and it is demonstrable that more has happened to the product than may be expected to assess whether you want to keep it, the costs of this damage will be borne by you. The packaging may have been opened. However, the product must not contain stains, (smoke) odors or other damage. If wear or damage has occurred, we are entitled to settle that damage against the amount to be refunded.
Always enclose the return form, so that we can quickly proceed to processing and always state the order number.
Returns may not be sent COD.
To be able to conduct a good purchasing policy, it is important for us to know why you are returning the slippers, we would therefore appreciate it if you state the reason for your return.
